REFUND POLICY

All purchases made with Coffee Pass India (owned and operated by Quvex Innovations Private Limited) are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds shall be issued once an order is placed and processed, including but not limited to non-usage, change of mind, or delivery delays, except where required under applicable Indian laws or in exceptional cases approved by Coffee Pass India (owned and operated by Quvex Innovations Private Limited). 

In the event that a refund is approved in such exceptional circumstances, the refund shall be processed within 5 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
